Property Description

This is a hunters dream. Professionally designed and well thought out for stealthy ingress and egress, the bucks of this area don't have a chance! The property has three strategically placed box blinds in place over food plots. Water holes were dug and with the fall rain are filling up. A licking branch tree with a scent vine and a branch are attracting bucks and doe. They will be hot spots come late October. The owner planted food plots and dug water holes for every 20 ac allowing multiple hunters to hunt in the same evening. Every possible wind was considered so you can hunt all season. This area has been known to put you 165"+ caliber bucks and the trail cameras are starting to show the results of all the hard work done this summer. If you want to build, the north 40 has an old well that was capped. At one time a home was there. So, build your dream home on your own land. It truly is the American Dream. Lets make it yours!
